was summonsed to be and appear before this Court and Shew (sic)
cause why he did not keep the Children which the Court bound to
him, On due consideration the Court ordered that Wafer pay all
Charges.
Ordered that the Indenture on file in this office, binding
William E. Pullum & Elizabeth Pullum be recorded.
Ordered that A.C. Mackay be appointed agent on part of the Court
to bind out Elizabeth Pullum.
No. 522 $9.50 Issued. Ordered that Williard Twiss be allowed
Nine dollars and fifty cents in full for his exofficio services
for the year 1834.

At a County Commissioners Court begun and held in the Court
House in the Town of Greenville, on Monday the 2nd day of March
1835. Present A.C. Mackay (and) John McAdams, Commissioners.
No. 530 $14.12 Issued. Ordered that John Edwards be allowed
Fourteen dollars & twelve cents for dieting and attendance on
Mrs. Pendleton, Pauper.
Ordered that Henry Benson be licensed to Keep a Retail Store in
Bond County, for the term of one year, from the 1oth day of
January last on his paying the sum of six dollars.

Ordered that Benjamin James & Co. be licensed to keep a retail
Store in Bond County to retail wares, Goods & merchandise for
the term of one Year on his paying the sum of six dollars.
